  • they can be stored for 2-3 years in a glass container with a tightly closed lid or cotton bags.

During the flowering period, the leaves accumulate to the maximum ascorbic acid, essential oils, phytoncides, therefore, their use:

  • blocks the development of inflammation. They are used in the fight against colds as decoctions;
  • inhibits the formation of free radicals. Being an antioxidant, due to the presence of polyphenolic compounds, they prevent metabolic disorders, aging of the body and contribute to the elimination of toxins;
  • bactericidal and antiseptic, antifungal (external use);
  • strengthens the protective function of the body;
  • has a tonic effect;
  • helps the elimination of uric acid;

Cooking use
